I have a folder on one of my providers (OneDrive) that is 625MB in size.
I transferred it to another provider (ADrive) quite successfully. Thanks for the service.
However, that transfer apparently consumed 1.8GB of my 2GB bandwidth limit.
That does not make any sense to me.
If every transfer I make "consumes" three times the file size in bandwidth, Otixo will not work for me, even on one of the higher bandwidth paid plans.
Can you explain the discrepancy between these figures?
Thanks to Otixo support folks for investigating this for me, even though I was only on the free plan (community support only).
There isn't really any reason for the behaviour I was reporting - just a glitch in the normal cloud voodoo.
Subsequent transfers have been fine and I've now signed up for a paid plan.
The inter-provider transfer is what I use most. A very useful service.
