Cannot Access WebDav

Hi,
I am a PAID LIFETIME Member since 2013 and became a member at the initial stages of the company, and am a very loyal customer, always telling friends/coworkers about your service.
I am dropped to the FREE plan and cannot access with WebDAV? Why? Please explain.Or give me back the services I was promised with my contract.
