Why can I not connect my HiDrive, CloudMe or MyDrive account?

Some WebDAV services like HiDrive, CloudMe and MyDrive do not require an email address as the username. Even though you might sign up using your email address, during the signup process you will be asked to create a username different than the email you registered with. This is why when you attempt to connect one of these services to Otixo by using your email address and password, you will get an error message stating that your credentials are incorrect.

Simply go back to the website of the cloud in question and verify the username you have created. Once you have it, go back to Otixo and connect the cloud drive using the correct credentials.
